Assembled PCB programming
Our EMS service includes loading firmware onto assembled PCBs, so you receive a fully assembled and programmed product.
Programming as part of production
After PCB assembly and testing, we load the supplied firmware according to your instructions. Programming is typically carried out via JTAG, ISP or another interface you specify.
What we need from you
- a binary file (e.g. .hex, .bin) or source data for programming
- interface details and any test points on the PCB
- instructions for setting any fuse bits or encryption keys
Next steps
The programmed PCB undergoes final inspection and testing and, where required, proceeds to final assembly and packaging. You receive a finished product ready for delivery to your end customer.
