Enquiry
Tell us what you need manufactured or assembled. A basic description and scope are enough; we will work out the details together.

Capacity and feasibility check
We promptly confirm whether we can meet your technical requirements and deadlines. If you are unsure whether your board is suitable for our equipment, ask us before sending the full documentation.

NDA
If required, we sign a non-disclosure agreement before discussing project details.
- 04 2 to 5 days
Documentation and quotation
Send us your documentation: Gerber files, BOM (bill of materials) and assembly drawing. We will prepare a no-obligation quotation.
- 05 Preparation
Pre-production planning
We carry out a design for manufacturability (DFM) review, arrange PCB manufacturing and procure components according to the BOM.
- 06 Manufacturing
Manufacturing, inspection and testing
We assemble, solder, inspect and, where required, programme the boards. Every unit undergoes AOI and 100% final inspection.
- 07 Delivery
Final assembly, packaging and delivery
We complete the wiring and final assembly, pack the product and hand it over to the carrier, or deliver it to you as agreed.

01 Do you also produce small batches and single units? +
Yes. We produce everything from individual prototypes for developers to medium-sized batches. Our focus is not on mass production; our strength is flexibility.
02 Can you also supply bare PCBs, or do you only work with customer-supplied boards? +
Both. We can work with your materials and bare PCBs, or arrange PCB manufacturing to your specifications.
03 How do you handle NDAs and protect know-how? +
We sign a standard NDA (non-disclosure agreement) with you before you share any technical documentation. Your documentation and project outputs are always protected.
04 Which languages can we communicate in? +
Czech, German and English as standard. We have long-standing relationships with German partners.
05 How long does it take to prepare a quotation? +
We typically prepare a no-obligation quotation within 2 to 5 working days of receiving complete documentation (Gerber files, BOM and assembly drawing).
06 Do you provide inspection reports and records? +
Yes. Depending on the project, we can provide AOI, functional testing and final inspection records.
