Box Build and Packaging
We go beyond PCB assembly. We complete the cabling, assemble the entire product and deliver it packaged and ready for sale to the end customer.
Cable Harness Manufacturing
We manufacture the required cable harnesses, jumper leads and connector assemblies to your specifications. We can supply cables separately or install them directly in the assembly.
Box Build
We integrate one or more assembled PCBs into the final mechanical assembly, including enclosures, heatsinks, mechanical parts, cabling and labels. We carry out a final functional test of the assembly.
Retail-ready Packaging
We pack the finished product in the agreed packaging: a standard shipping carton, retail packaging or a customer-specific kit. This can include a label, instructions, accessories and a serial number.
